Matchy Pals

This policy explains how BinaryAI handles information in the Matchy Pals mobile game and on find-matches.binaryai.dev. Contact us at hello@binarywd.com or through player support.

Current version: Game profiles and progress are local to your device. Advertising currently uses official Google AdMob test ad units. Real-money purchases and cloud progress synchronization are not currently enabled.

Information stored on your device

The game stores local player profiles, including the name or nickname, selected profile age, avatar and appearance choices, together with progress, rewards, collections, settings and privacy choices. A separate age-group choice is used for advertising privacy settings. This information is stored locally; we do not currently provide a Matchy Pals online account or upload your profiles and progress to a cloud-save service.

You can manage local profiles in the game. To remove all locally stored game information, clear the app’s storage in your device settings. Uninstalling the app may also remove local information, subject to your platform’s backup and restore settings. We cannot erase files on your device through this website.

Album downloads and hosting

The first album is included in the app. Additional albums download from our content server when first opened and are cached on your device. The server receives technical request information such as the IP address, requested file, request time and available client information to deliver content, operate the service and investigate errors or abuse. Downloading an album does not upload your game profile or progress.

Advertising and Google services

Matchy Pals integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for banner and optional rewarded ads. The current version requests official test ads rather than live commercial ads. Test advertising still involves requests to Google; it should not be treated as completely offline or as a guarantee that no technical information is processed.

When Google advertising services are used, Google and its service providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostic information. The purposes may include delivering and measuring ads, limiting frequency, preventing fraud, security and troubleshooting. Whether personalized advertising is permitted depends on age treatment, applicable requirements and privacy choices.

The game uses a neutral age-group selection to set age-appropriate advertising restrictions. Younger and unknown-age selections receive more restrictive treatment; restricted requests ask for non-personalized advertising. Non-personalized advertising can still involve technical data and identifiers.

Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) is integrated to check consent requirements before ad requests and display a consent message where required and configured. A privacy-options entry is provided when Google requires it. Availability of a message depends on the build, AdMob configuration and your region; this policy does not replace a required consent prompt. You may also use your device’s advertising privacy settings.

Read how Google uses information from apps using its services and Google’s Privacy Policy for Google’s processing and controls.

Purchases and platform sign-in

Prices shown in the current game are interface displays; real-money purchasing is not currently enabled. We do not receive payment-card information. Google Play Games integration is prepared but is not currently configured with live game identifiers. We do not currently offer platform-based Matchy Pals accounts or cloud synchronization. This policy will be updated before material changes to these features.

Support and feedback

If you submit the support form, we receive your email address, optional name or nickname, topic, message and submission time, and assign a request number. Requests are saved privately on our server for review. The form does not currently send an email notification or an automatic email receipt. You may also contact hello@binarywd.com directly, in which case your email provider and ours process the correspondence.

We use support information to respond, investigate the issue, handle privacy requests and protect the service. Do not submit passwords, payment details or unnecessary personal information. A parent or guardian should handle support requests involving a child’s personal information.

This website

The website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Its artwork and fonts are served from our own domain. The support form uses a necessary session cookie to validate submissions and display confirmation or errors. Standard server logs may include IP address, request time, requested page, response status, referrer and browser information for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Sharing, security and retention

Hosting infrastructure processes content requests, logs and support records on our behalf. Google handles advertising and consent-related information under its policies. We do not sell the personal information you submit to support. Information may be disclosed if required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.

We use HTTPS and restrict server access to support records. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Local game data remains until removed through the game, device storage controls or applicable platform behavior. We retain support correspondence and technical records as needed to handle requests, maintain security and meet applicable obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period; ask us about the information relevant to your request. Google determines retention for data it processes under its policies.

Mixed audience and children’s privacy

Matchy Pals is intended for a mixed audience and uses an age-group selection to support advertising privacy protections. Local profile personalization is separate from advertising consent. We do not ask children to submit personal information through this website. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to support, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal information, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Use our data management page or contact hello@binarywd.com. Include your support request number if you have one. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; never send passwords or sign-in codes.

Changes and contact

We will update this page when the game or data handling materially changes. The effective date appears above. BinaryAI can be contacted at hello@binarywd.com and through the support form.
